Details:

  • After completing your installation, take photos of the finished job.
  • Refer to the CUBE Installer Handbook for guidance on required images
  • Submit your images via the CUBE platform or send them to the Thermogroup Installer Support number via WhatsApp
  • Include a photo of the system sticker showing the code and batch number
  • Provide the site address and contact details for the builder or homeowner
  • Photo of Warranty Handover Form with test readings
  • We will review your installation within one business hour
  • If any changes are required, we will advise so they can be corrected before approval
  • Once approved, your installation is covered under CUBE Warranty Assurance
